What I Like

What I like about 7-Minute Muscle is the mental component that the creator has incorporated into the system. Most workout programs will just focus on the physical aspect of working out the muscles in your calves, legs, stomach, back, and everywhere else. But they do not mention a thing about letting your own mind take control of the fat loss and body-building process. Research has, in fact, proven that individuals who have conditioned their minds for workout produce much, much better results that those who just jump into the entire exercise and diet program without even giving it much of a thought. In 7-Minute Muscle, Jon Benson emphasizes a much-ignored aspect of exercise—the mental one. That is what makes it different and more effective than everything else.

What I Don't Like

Before we let ourselves be deceived, we should analyze the product name first. It isn’t called the 7-Minute Muscle for nothing. The seven minutes being mentioned here are the seven minutes dedicated to working out the muscles. Jon Benson throws in an additional nine minutes for your cardio exercises (walking, running, swimming, etc.). But come to think of it. It is only just 16 minutes of exercise everyday. That is still much less of time compared to the hours you would have to spend at the gym if you were using another workout system.

Do I Recommend It?

Of course! 7-Minute Muscle is for everybody—executives, working moms, college students, hard-core body-builders, and athletes. It even has considerations for what its creator calls “ultra-beginners.” If I were you, I would do much more that take a look at this fat loss and muscle building program. I would follow it every step of the way.
